I did all the set up in game etc. But when I click on record path just nothing happens I have all the installations framework etc etc. What might be causing this problem?

This really doesn't work at all for me. I bought 12 hour trial and half of it went empty already with support not answering me for almost 5 hours now. I believe if it started with such problems it will continue and grow more in the near future even if I could use this now. Not a good support and insufficient guide.
